What shipping methods do you offer and how much does it cost?
We offer both general logistics shipping and FedEx shipping, when using general logistics shipping it is free but usually takes longer, typical delivery time is 35 days, with FedEx you will need to pay an additional $35 for a delivery time of up to 15 days.

When will my order be shipped?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. If your order is received after 3pm EST, it will not be processed until the next business day. Orders received after 3pm on Fridays and weekends will be processed by Monday. If there is a delay for any reason, we will contact you.

Where is my parcel?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to make it easier to keep track of your parcel. If you do not receive a delivery confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your 'junk mail' folder. If you believe your parcel is missing, we will begin tracking and take the necessary follow-up action. This process will take approximately 2-3 working days. We cannot replace a parcel until we have confirmed that it is missing.

What types of payment methods do you accept?
We only accept PayPal payments for the time being.

Due to the time difference, we are unable to reply to every message in a timely manner. You can leave us a message and we will send you a message when we see it, just look out for it the next day.

What products should I choose?
All the products we sell produce results, but as everyone's skin type is different, absorption may vary and this can lead to some products not producing very noticeable results after use, so please ask us if you need to determine which products to use on your skin and which results to achieve.
